The IT Support Services Assistant provides telephone, email, and walk-in IT support assistance for students, faculty, and staff of the Chatham University community. This position is for the academic year and does not include summer. The assistant helps with various IT support areas including Microsoft products, printing and device support, Windows OS, Mac OSX, iPhone, Android, and other software and hardware issues. Students create and manage tickets using Chatham’s IT ticketing system, Teamdynamix (TDX). Other duties include classroom/office technology checks, inventory, general upkeep/cleaning, and A/V equipment setup and teardown.
