About The Position

Tectro IT is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual for an IT support apprenticeship in Rogers, Arkansas. Tectro IT is a Managed Service Provider specializing in IT support and cybersecurity services for small and mid-sized businesses. The role provides hands-on experience in IT support and cybersecurity, working with experienced professionals while contributing to client services.

The apprenticeship is a full-time position focused on learning. During the first year, the apprentice is guaranteed formal training, a mentor, and a pay raise. The posting lists compensation as $17 per hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve low-level IT support requests from clients.
• Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Assist with routine system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate to support the stability and security of client environments.
• Participate in basic cybersecurity tasks, including user access.
• Contribute to efforts to improve clients’ cybersecurity posture.
