About The Position

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to all employees within the organization. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network and system security, and providing training and support to employees on various technology tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT principles and excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Strong understanding of IT principles and best practices
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of network and system security
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with healthcare technology systems is a plus
