About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that our systems and software run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
• Experience with network infrastructure and troubleshooting network issues
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Identify and implement solutions to improve system and network efficiency
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly
• Train employees on new software and systems and provide ongoing support and assistance
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT systems
• Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
