About The Position
Our client is looking to hire a IT Support Technician. This is a great opportunity to work for a smaller company and evolve into a more technical role. This role will troubleshoot hardware and software related issues. In this role, this person will be providing support to providers/physicians, patients (for portal or technical issues), and manufacturer program teams.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues
- Providing support to providers/physicians, patients (for portal or technical issues), and manufacturer program teams
Responsibilities
- Review application logs
- Validate workflow status
- Investigate API failures
- Review interface queues
- Validate data conversions
- Troubleshoot fax, SMS, email, and file processing
- Investigate provider portal issues
- Support providers/physicians
- Support patients (for portal or technical issues)
- Support manufacturer program teams
- Coordinate with specialty pharmacies
- Work with integration partners
- Open and manage tickets with your development partner
- Coordinate releases
- Validate fixes
- Track SLAs
- Escalate production issues
