About The Position

We are seeking an IT Support & Endpoint Management Specialist to join a growing technology team. This role combines traditional IT support responsibilities with endpoint management, device lifecycle management, software deployments, security initiatives, and technology modernization projects. The ideal candidate will enjoy balancing hands-on user support with project-based work focused on improving endpoint management, automation, security, and the overall employee technology experience.

Requirements

• Windows Operating System administration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 support experience
• Endpoint Management experience
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• End-user support experience
• Service desk or desktop support experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Technical documentation experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets
• Support desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues
• Deliver excellent customer service and user communication
• Administer and maintain endpoint management solutions
• Manage device deployments, replacements, and lifecycle activities
• Configure, maintain, and support Windows-based endpoints
• Assist with endpoint standardization initiatives
• Support endpoint security and compliance efforts
• Package and deploy applications
• Manage software installations, upgrades, and updates
• Support patch management processes
• Assist with enterprise technology rollouts and migration projects
• Participate in endpoint modernization initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Assist with PowerShell automation efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience
