Under direct supervision, the student assistants in this position will perform a variation of duties as related to the support of the college in terms of IT. Duties include assisting faculty and staff with technical support for various technical issues, setting up and configuring hardware and software systems, testing AV systems with computer and video source devices in classrooms and conference rooms, and other duties as assigned. This role requires general knowledge of operating systems, website design, and first-level software and hardware troubleshooting.
