About The Position
The IT Specialist provides technical support related to hardware, software, network and system maintenance, and security. The position is based in Watertown, New York, with LITTLE TREES.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or an associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from Help Desk Technicians.
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software.
- Maintain compliance with software licensing requirements.
- Assist with deploying and troubleshooting communication technologies, including phone systems and cell phones.
- Administer Office 365 applications and services, including Office Applications, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Perform server and network maintenance as directed.
- Coordinate user hardware or software deployment.
- Work occasional after-hours or weekend hours as required.
