About The Position

The IT Specialist provides first- and second-level support to colleagues across DACH locations, supports IT systems, resolves issues, and sets up hardware and software. The role also involves assessing technical requirements and challenges in the wider IT context, contributing to rollouts and IT projects, and supporting day-to-day IT operations. The position is home-based, with occasional on-site support and business travel.

Requirements

• Vocational training or a degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification, along with practical experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Broad understanding of how IT systems work together.
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented approach to work.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Confident communication in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips and on-site visits.

Nice To Haves

• German language skills.
