About The Position

Kodland is a venture-backed digital skills school for children aged 5 to 17, operating in over 40 countries and educating more than 30,000 children worldwide. The Tutor teaches math online to children using provided lesson scripts and materials. Lessons are 60 minutes long, one-to-one, and conducted on Kodland’s platform. Tutors may teach up to 10–15 hours per week, with availability for afternoon and evening hours on weekdays and weekends. The role is remote and requires a personal laptop with a camera and microphone, stable internet access, and a quiet place to work. Candidates can learn Scratch and Roblox with Kodland. The work is offered through a B2B arrangement, with options including working as an unregistered sole trader or cooperating through the TwójStartup incubator under a commission contract or a contract for specific work. Requirements

• Availability to work afternoon and evening hours on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one, 60-minute online math lessons using provided scripts, course materials, and Kodland’s platform.
• Familiarize yourself with course materials to deliver lessons effectively.
• Engage and motivate children, explain complex topics accessibly, and encourage active participation.
• Represent Kodland as a positive, influential, and open ambassador.
