- Good customer service
- General understanding of computer hardware/software
Responsibilities
- Assist customers who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulties with the use of university applications
- repairing/troubleshooting hardware
- Using call tracking software to create work orders
- Provide support for all IT products and services
- Update tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities
