IT Site Administrator
About The Position
Under the direction of the Site IT Manager, the I.T. Site Administrator acts as the point of escalation for complex site-specific technical issues beyond the scope or technical skill of the site technician staff. Responsible for administrative tasks of local systems and network. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining optimal performance of mission critical systems and applications to ensure continuity of service. Required to report, troubleshoot, and correct system, networking, and security errors and problems. Identifies inadequacies and submits recommendations for improvement to the Site IT Manager. Oversees installations and develops processes to enable monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all site I.T. systems.
Requirements
- Technical skill beyond site technician staff.
- Ability to report, troubleshoot, and correct system, networking, and security errors and problems.
- Ability to identify inadequacies and submit recommendations for improvement.
- Ability to oversee installations and develop processes for monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
