Join our IT team as an Entry-Level IT Service Desk Technician and kickstart your career in technology while making a real impact! In this role, you will work under direct supervision to apply your foundational technical knowledge in support of IT initiatives and provide Tier 1 systems support to our user community. You’ll be responsible for logging and managing support tickets, resolving routine technical issues (incidents), and fulfilling standard service requests while delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. As a valued member of the IT Service Desk team, reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, you will support end users with their equipment and applications, leveraging strong troubleshooting abilities and a service-first mindset. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to a team dedicated to delivering reliable, responsive, and high-quality IT support across the AMHR user base. This position is fully Onsite/In-person. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
