About The Position

We are seeking a versatile and service-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. This role combines remote helpdesk support with hands-on field service work across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with users, and supporting a fast-paced, multi-location environment where no two days are the same.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support experience in helpdesk, field services, or a blended support environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting PC, Mac, and peripheral hardware
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability and willingness to travel locally between locations
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with networking equipment (Ubiquiti, Cisco, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with security camera systems or access control strongly preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems is strongly preferred
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and user/device management strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, user accounts, software, and peripheral devices
  • Travel to dealership and company locations to perform installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical support
  • Install and configure computers, networking equipment, Wi-Fi systems, monitors, printers, and related hardware
  • Assist with structured cabling, hardware mounting, and device deployment projects
  • Troubleshoot on-site connectivity and network-related issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 environments and user account management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment both remotely and on-site
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure technology issues are resolved effectively
