This role involves working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The individual will exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, and proactively solve complex problems. This position applies professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative, innovative, and effective ways. It initiates cross-functional process improvements and cost management activities consistent with company objectives. The role leads complex projects and assignments globally and/or cross-functionally, potentially coordinating the activities of other personnel. The individual will network with key contacts outside their area of expertise and regularly provide specialized guidance to others in their work area. They will act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. This includes evaluating new applications, identifying systems requirements, and evaluating new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommending appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. The role also involves preparing communications and making presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. The position supervises 4 subordinates and 2 contractors at Senior Scrum Master, Scrum Master, IT Project Management Analyst, Lead IT Business Analyst, and Project Coordinator levels. There is 10% domestic travel for workshops or team meetings.
