Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Supervises 4 subordinates and 2 contractors at Senior Scrum Master, Scrum Master, IT Project Management Analyst, Lead IT Business Analyst and Project Coordinator level. 10% domestic travel for workshops or team meetings.
