About The Position
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager - Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project and small program deliverables that require the engagement of multiple teams. The ideal candidate will communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, facilitate sync points across teams, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables while managing project risks and ensuring compliance to standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates)
- Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Provide status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
