About The Position

Responsible for working with a variety of technical teams, product owners, line of business/operations users to support and drive delivery of change for Claims technology applications and infrastructure. Coordinates across cross-functional teams to ensure technology delivery is on time and within budget. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Ensures all audit documentation is in line with Enterprise change standards guidelines and timelines. Supports project reporting and other communications across the teams as required. This is an individual contributor role.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end technology project and change management experience.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinking.
• Experience leading and supporting technology teams in the delivery of business outcomes in a scrum agile framework.
• Ability to anticipate risks and successfully develop and drive mitigation plans.
• Ability to work self-directed and independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally.
• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.
• Ability to navigate in complex and changing environments.
• Strong communication/presentation/executive presence skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
• Working knowledge of using JIRA.
• 3 years of working experience.
• Willing to understand the business objectives of technology changes.
• May have experience working on technical projects.
• Previous application development or web design experience.
• Transitioning into PM.
