About The Position

The Project Manager will be part of the Global Technology Operations team supporting Global Financials Crimes Technology in financial forecasting/management. The Project Managers duties will include managing financial forecasts and variances, creating and executing project plans, integrating with project, technology, and business partners to manage projects, and executing Enterprise Change Management requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial principles, and the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to foster collaboration and solve problems effectively. Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports. A high level of credibility with executives and business partners is expected, along with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results. Experience in working with financials in a banking environment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial forecast and variances
• Create, maintain, and execute project plans
• Integrate with project, technology, and business partners to manage the projects and be proactive in gathering status updates from partners, while minimizing impact
• Execute on Enterprise Change Management requirements
• Facilitate communication, influence, and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain agreement between partners
• Establish and provide supporting documentation for governance routines
