About The Position
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee and manage IT programs. This role requires a strong background in project/program management, risk management, and proficiency with various software tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking or financial sector and be able to work a hybrid schedule in our Chicago, Illinois office.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Experience with Visio.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Background in banking or financial services.
- Ability to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Chicago, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee IT programs.
- Implement and manage risk management strategies.
- Utilize Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word for project and program management tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the banking/financial sector.
- Ensure successful program delivery.
