Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

11+ years of experience leading software development or product teams
Knowledge of agile development and project management principles
Ability to map technical requirements to business needs, integrate requirements into agile sprints, and communicate across stakeholders
Ability to brief stakeholders both at tactical and strategic levels
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience leading technical projects and programs, including staffing and resource alignment
Knowledge of industry best practices regarding software development and product deployment cycles
Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic directives
Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
