About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Program Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role directs the reporting strategy, oversees a global team, and ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of regulatory, operational, and product reporting. The ideal candidate will act as the central authority for data quality, controls, and insight generation to support senior decision-making and operational stability. This position owns the long-term reporting roadmap, providing continuity and ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards and governance.

Requirements

Advanced Tableau development skills including complex calculations, data blending, performance optimization, and executive-ready visual design
Strong hands-on experience building Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation, automation, and repeatable reporting processes
Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and validate data quality across large datasets
Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and structured data pipelines
Experience as a Technology Delivery Manager or Lead

Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable, reliable reporting products that support business, operational, and regulatory needs
Ensure strong data quality and data governance discipline including validation controls, lineage, and reconciliation processes
Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and convert data into actionable insights
Gather requirements, prioritize reporting needs, and work effectively with Operations, Technology, Product, and Finance stakeholders
Present insights and explain data logic to senior leadership
