The Nevada Department of Transportation is recruiting for an IT Professional 2 in Carson City, NV. This position is responsible for the administration, design, development, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Planner, OneNote, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Forms, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). The incumbent will support enterprise collaboration solutions, automate business processes, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide technical guidance and support to agency users. NDOT IT operates in a Microsoft 365 cloud-smart environment, providing employees the opportunity to administer and support enterprise collaboration, productivity, and automation solutions using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. We offer numerous education and training opportunities, including the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) program to help employees earn Microsoft cloud certifications.
