Incumbents may perform duties in one or more IT specialization areas depending on the needs of the agency. The Client Services Web Team, within Governors Technology Office, is recruiting a full stack developer, to be located in our Carson City, NV office, to support over 100 state agency public facing websites. The team assists other state agencies in creating and modifying websites via a content management system. Incumbents will use industry standard tools and languages to create new CMS features to enhance State of Nevada websites. As an Information Technology Professional, incumbents analyze, develop, implement, maintain, and modify In-House, Vendor Created and For Purchase (COTS) applications. Incumbents perform journey level application developer duties including full SDLC processes, maintenance, and application enhancements. Incumbents will perform all duties in conformance to the GTO Division’s application development standards. The following platforms and languages are used by the Web Team: .NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ubuntu, php, and MSSQL.
