About The Position

RIBATIS, an operator of digital transformation in the eGOV sector, is looking to recruit an IT PRODUCT OWNER.

Requirements

  • Initial training: BAC+5 in IT or Marketing.
  • Double degrees are highly appreciated. Ideally, an engineering degree in IT coupled with a marketing degree.
  • At least one proven year of experience in an equivalent position.
  • Ability to master marketing and communication.
  • Ability to master brand management & commercialization techniques.
  • Ability to stay attentive to market trends & end-users.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate all information from commercial, marketing, and technical services to optimize market knowledge.
  • Organize and lead focus groups with key users and sponsors to identify and plan the implementation of improvements and the integration of new features.
  • Anticipate existing and potential customer needs in terms of technologies and product features.
  • Define a product or service offering adapted to market demand.
  • Define precise needs expression sheets and ensure their accurate translation into functional specifications with the design teams.
  • Update and monitor the product development plan ('product roadmap') with functional and technical teams.
  • Validate the adequacy of developed features with the initially stated needs.
  • Track development progress in relation to commercial launch imperatives and 'time to market'.
  • Design the content of sales support materials for commercial teams or communication teams responsible for product launch actions.
  • Ensure internal communication actions to present products: training of sales teams, presentations to strategic company departments, etc.
  • Analyze and optimize the product or service based on company constraints (human resources, costs, profitability, company image) and market demand.
  • Continuously adapt the offering to market evolution and opportunities.
  • Implement a business plan studying the product's positioning and profitability.
  • Establish and periodically update the product roadmap.
  • Establish the workload plan for actions and the resource mobilization schedule (functional, technical, and cross-functional) for sprint execution.
  • Participate in various sprint-related ceremonies.
  • Participate in and coordinate UX definition actions for features to be produced.
  • Review functional deliverables from the design team.
