About The Position

The IT Operations Specialist will provide front-line technical support to end-users, assist with daily IT operations, and help maintain DZYNE’s IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of IT or helpdesk experience who is eager to grow in systems administration and operations support. The candidate will work closely with senior IT staff to resolve technical issues, perform workstation and account setups, and contribute to maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • A strong interest in exploring and mastering new technologies
  • Strong familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting practices
  • Strong familiarity with basic helpdesk tasks, e.g., new user setup, workstation setup, password resets, and ticket triage
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11 and Ubuntu Linux
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft Office suite

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years’ experience working with multiple operating systems including Windows 11, Ubuntu Linux, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) in an enterprise environment
  • At least 3 years’ experience administrating a Microsoft 365 GCC High environment, including end-user lifecycle management (provisioning accounts, deprovisioning accounts, management of security groups) via Intune, and security incident response via Defender
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira/Confluence administration, including Jira Service Desk
