This role is responsible for monitoring of multiple transport, data, voice, wireless and environmental systems and reacting to alarms and internal and external calls. The associate will work closely with teammates on various activities including facilitation of major incidents, determining resources necessary to perform the work and assigning tasks to appropriate support associates.
