About The Position

The IT Logistics Operative supervises and fulfills materials and equipment requests, deploys IT hardware, and manages inventory and asset tracking. The role supports equipment receipt, distribution, collection, safe disposal, e-waste, and donation processes. It also coordinates deliveries and shipments within the NORAM region and globally, supports desk moves, and works with regional inventory teams to maintain accurate stock levels and records.

Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing; preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with inventory-management tools; preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests.
Deploy desktops, laptops, mobile and desk phones, and monitors.
Ensure safe disposal of equipment.
Proactively manage inventory levels within the deployment remit.
Use the data-entry system to ensure traceability and accuracy.
Restock IT cabinets and vending machines.
Manage e-waste solutions and donation requests.
Collect IT equipment from employees for terminations, upgrades, and other needs.
Monitor, update, and maintain SRT/task queues regularly.
Coordinate delivery of new-hire phones within the NORAM region, ensuring timely delivery before client orientation dates.
Assign access points.
Assist with desk moves.
Liaise daily with inventory teams across the NORAM region.
Perform regular inventory counts and maintain stock levels of standard equipment.
Audit and manage asset tags.
Receive new hardware and inbound stock.
Apply asset tags to equipment.
Participate in daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts as directed by the Site Lead.
Coordinate shipping to NORAM and global locations.
Complete other projects assigned by management.
