Requirements

Freshman or sophomore working towards a bachelor's degree in an Information Technology field from an accredited four-year university.
Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Assist staff with providing computer hardware, software, and technical support.
Provide help desk support.
Install and troubleshoot problems with office software systems, including installing new applications, installing upgrades, and assisting users to solve software problems.
Set up new workstations.
Conduct inventory of all technological equipment.
Monitoring and using management tools to provide technical troubleshooting oversight.
