About The Position

This internship provides hands-on experience in various IT functions. Interns will review standard procedures, shadow help desk staff, and resolve low-risk tickets under supervision. They will also review network diagrams, server infrastructure, backup and patch schedules, and document common network support tasks. Additionally, interns will review security policies, shadow monitoring activities, participate in a tabletop exercise, and summarize key controls. The role involves assisting with account provisioning, observing maintenance activities, updating documentation, and completing a supervised administrative task. Finally, interns will review governance documents, attend change or risk discussions, complete a small improvement project, and present lessons learned with final feedback.
