About The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Intern to support our North America Digital & AI team in building practical AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will work with business users and IT teams to develop AI agents that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making. This is a hands-on role where you will learn by building and improving real-world AI solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Undergraduate only)
- Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms
- Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
- Interest in generative AI or prompt engineering
Responsibilities
- Assist in building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Design and improve simple conversation flows and responses
- Work with users to understand needs and translate them into AI solutions
- Connect agents with Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Support building workflows using Power Automate
- Test agents and document how they work
- Assist in training users on prompt writing and AI tools
