About The Position
As an IT Intern, you will work alongside our Corporate IT team to support day-to-day operations and special projects while gaining exposure to core areas of technical support. This program is designed to provide a strong foundation in IT practices such as service and support, interested in the ground up fundamentals of IT. This internship will take place during Summer 2026.
Requirements
- Interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & Excel), understanding of computer systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service, office, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support the IT department where needed, specifically the Help Desk
- Inventory management: conduct audits of hardware and software, documenting IT assets
- Technical Support: Assist with help desk tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
