Requirements
- Student studying Computer information systems, Computer Engineering or Computer Network Engineering
- 1-2 years of prior work experience or a previous internship
- Familiarity with IT tools, notably ITSM and Network Diagrams
Responsibilities
- Creating a network diagram
- Supporting Level 1 IT ServiceDesk
- Performing Preventative maintenance
- Documenting IT Processes
- Organizing IT assets, both physical and digital
- IT Inventory updates and inventory procurement
- Working with ITSM and Jira
- Work alongside a global IT team
