About The Position

This seasonal entry-level IT Intern position involves providing technical assistance to staff and customers regarding hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as monitoring system performance. The intern will also follow established procedures for computer maintenance, provide training and support to team members, perform system backups, maintain accurate records, and research solutions for technical problems.

Requirements
