Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of Kofax Robotic Process Automation (RPA) robots, ensuring optimal performance and promptly addressing any issues or failures detected.
• Take initiative in managing the training and configuration of Azure AI Document Intelligence. Respond to alerts and actively monitor for failed document processing, troubleshooting and retraining models as needed.
• Lead and facilitate daily team calls to ensure alignment on project tasks and objectives.
• Organize and drive bi-weekly sprint planning meetings to enhance familiarity with team members and ongoing work initiatives.
• Utilize the existing ISF Mistral tool and framework to train models for HBL and MBL, preparing for the implementation of an enhanced AI document reader solution.
• Assist in the ISF automation build to facilitate a smooth transition away from Kofax bots. Aim to complete the decommissioning process ahead of the contract renewal scheduled for October 2026.
