Responsibilities

• Assists and supports IT team who work with end users and primary stakeholders to ensure systems meet the organization's business needs.
• Takes ownership, responsibility, and accountability of supporting business systems.
• Helps provide support and troubleshooting to end users to meet IT Service Level Agreements for incident management.
• Helps to perform system tests and ensures that test requirements are met.
• Helps to maintain system documentation for effective backup support.
• Communicates issues to management appropriately.
• Assist IT Systems Analyst I staff with application configuration.
