Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree (or above) in information systems, computer science, networking or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude, initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
• Solid work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and on team assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Computer hardware experience, a plus (Assembly/Disassembly, Component Installation, Service/Repair, and Testing).

Responsibilities

• Installations, set-ups, moves and reclaims of information systems equipment.
• Participate in other team initiatives and projects as needed.
• Desire to apply your academic knowledge through a variety of work assignments.
• Wanting to challenge yourself to be part of the solution through creative ingenuity.
• Looking to evolve your skillset via hands-on assignments.
• Comfortable addressing issues and finding creative solutions.
• Capable of handling multiple project tasks simultaneously.
