Requirements

  • Located in Detroit, USA.
  • Enrolled in university or have student permit to work.
  • Eligible to start a full-time internship (40 hours p/w) for 6 months.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Troubleshooting skills and eager to learn.
  • Good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Install and prepare computers and software for new employees.
  • Provide new employees with the best experience possible.
  • Support employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software.
  • Perform user account management (Active Directory).
  • Assist internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system.
  • Align with other Support Engineers throughout different regions within the global team to take part in our global strategy.
