About The Position

The IT Integration Analyst is a key technical member of IntraFi’s Integration Team, collaborating with departments across the company to automate business processes between IntraFi and its member institutions. The role interfaces directly with financial institutions of varying sizes, banking technology providers, fintechs, and other financial services providers. The analyst designs, develops, tests, and implements integration solutions using commercial and custom tools, including complex data integrations using SQL. The role also supports clients, analyzes business needs, documents requirements and solution designs, and works with Application Development and Product Management to enhance IntraFi’s integration capabilities. Work may span multiple projects and include production support outside normal business hours. Some travel opportunities may be available.

Requirements

Experience with artificial intelligence tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
At least 5 years of experience working with Information Technology.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience providing customer service.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical clients and teams.
Strong Oracle PL/SQL skills.
Understanding of integration technologies, including APIs and file transfer protocols.
Understanding of security considerations, including file and transport encryption.
Ability to independently create requirements definition documentation and functional designs for complex IT systems.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AWS technologies.
Background in financial services.

Responsibilities

Work directly with business and technical clients and other financial services providers.
Assist in evaluating financial and technology companies to identify synergies and opportunities to grow and expand IntraFi’s services.
Present technology offerings to customers, including C-level executives.
Analyze complex problems, interpret business needs, and formulate technical solutions.
Serve as the technical liaison between IT, clients, and internal business units.
Work with Application Development and Product Management to build and enhance IntraFi’s integration capabilities.
Design, develop, test, and implement solutions using commercial and custom integration tools.
Develop complex data integration solutions using SQL.
Independently perform functional analysis for new projects and document functional and system requirements and solution designs.
Manage multiple projects and tasks, including production issues and work with new customers.
Provide customer support to existing clients to ensure seamless participation in IntraFi’s services.
Provide support outside normal business hours when needed.
