Integration Analyst
About The Position
The client is seeking two Integration Analysts to join a growing technology team focused on enterprise integrations, API development, and business system connectivity. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Menasha, Wisconsin, with a hybrid workplace arrangement. The pay range is $38.00–$48.00 per hour. For Analyst II, 3–5 or more years of experience is preferred. The role involves designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise integrations; building APIs and system interfaces; and creating data mappings and transformation logic. Analysts will work with stakeholders, third-party vendors, and internal teams, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to testing, deployments, documentation, and integration platform support. The role also includes identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience building and supporting APIs.
- SQL development and database fundamentals.
- C# development experience.
- Experience with integrations, ETL tools, or data movement solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Desire and aptitude to learn enterprise integration platforms.
- For Analyst II, 3–5 or more years of experience is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Boomi or similar iPaaS platform experience.
- API Management (APIM) experience.
- Azure Data Factory.
- SSIS.
- Middleware technologies.
- Vendor integration experience.
- Scripting experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, support, and maintain enterprise integrations.
- Build and support custom APIs and system-to-system interfaces.
- Create and maintain data mappings and transformation logic.
- Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Gather and clarify business requirements with stakeholders.
- Work with third-party vendors and internal teams on integration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production integration issues.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
- Assist with integration platform administration and support.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
