About The Position

The API Integration Analyst supports the technical execution of API-based digital solution implementations with external customers and integration partners. The role translates customer and solution requirements into configuration, testing, validation, and production-readiness activities; coordinates technical issue resolution; and supports go-live stabilization and transition to ongoing support. Within Solution Delivery, the analyst works with Product Management, API and engineering teams, implementation partners, customer technical teams, and operational support functions. The analyst owns technical implementation execution and readiness for assigned engagements. Overall implementation orchestration, cross-functional accountability, adoption, and customer outcome ownership remain with the designated Solution Delivery lead unless otherwise defined. The position is fully remote. If converted to full-time, the employee must be able to travel to one of the listed primary locations for quarterly or bi-quarterly onsite work. This is a contract-to-hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. The stated pay range is $59.42 per hour. The posting describes potential benefits for eligible temporary-role employees, subject to eligibility and plan terms.
