IT Infrastructure Intern
About The Position
Modern Woodmen is looking for a Computer Science or Information Systems student to join us as an IT-Infrastructure Intern. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Technical Support Admins, gaining firsthand experience in IT Help Desk support. You will develop valuable skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and other peripheral equipment. Modern Woodmen of America is one of the nation’s largest fraternal benefit societies, with assets over $18 billion. Fraternals are unique membership organizations that pair the “member-owned” characteristic of a mutual insurance company with the “social mission” characteristic of a service organization. Requirements
- Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
- Positive, collaborative attitude.
- Detail oriented.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with our Technical Support Admins assisting them with end user support.
- Gain valuable knowledge on how to troubleshoot and resolve many issues involving hardware, software, and other equipment.
