As a Help Desk Specialist (Hybrid), you will provide fast and effective support to our clients. The Help Desk Specialist will be required to respond to queries, assess and diagnose computer hardware and software problems, and implement effective solutions. You may also be required to modify hardware systems, install computer peripherals, and perform basic computer maintenance. Your schedule will be Monday through Thursday 12:30pm to 9pm and Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
