RQ Construction is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. Serving as the frontline resource for technical support, you'll assist employees across our offices and active construction sites to keep operations running smoothly. Core responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in alignment with company policy and DoD cybersecurity requirements. You'll manage the support ticket queue, deploy and maintain IT equipment, assist with onboarding new team members, and coordinate technology setups at both office and field locations - working alongside internal IT staff, project teams, and vendors to keep our technology infrastructure secure and dependable. Since its founding in 1996, RQ Construction has built a strong reputation as a go-to Design-Build firm serving commercial and government clients throughout Southern California. The company has since grown into a national contractor with projects active across the country. Specializing in accelerated delivery of new commercial construction, we work with both public and private sector clients - with a significant portion of our portfolio dedicated to the Department of Defense.
