About The Position

T2 Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven IT & Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, project management, and consulting disciplines. We are looking for a recruiter who is more than a job poster. The ideal candidate proactively identifies, networks with, and recruits passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, professional relationships, and advanced sourcing techniques. This individual should be comfortable building long-term candidate relationships, maintaining active talent pipelines, and supporting both current and future hiring needs. This position partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver exceptional candidates while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, consulting, or professional staffing.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical, healthcare, healthcare IT, project management, or consulting positions.
  • Established professional network and demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive sourcing.
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
  • Hands-on experience using a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required. Experience with platforms such as Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Bullhorn, iCIMS, or similar ATS systems is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, reporting, and onboarding workflows within an ATS.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources principles, recruiting best practices, onboarding processes, employment documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and leadership.

  • Agency recruiting or staffing experience.
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups, or healthcare consulting organizations.
  • Experience recruiting Epic, Cerner, revenue cycle, healthcare operations, digital health, infrastructure, or project management professionals.
  • Experience recruiting contract, contract-to-hire, consulting, and direct-hire positions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Recruit for a variety of positions including: Healthcare IT, IT Infrastructure & Support, Project Managers, Business Development / Marketing, Healthcare Operations, Clinical Support Roles, Specialized technical and healthcare positions.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
  • Continuously expand and maintain a professional network of healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, and project management professionals.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, industry associations, and other sourcing techniques to identify and recruit passive candidates.
  • Develop recruiting strategies for niche technical and healthcare positions.
  • Build talent communities to support recurring hiring needs before positions become available.
  • Conduct comprehensive phone and video interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare detailed candidate summaries and hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate documentation, and hiring workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, recruiting priorities, and market conditions.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.
  • Assist with offer preparation, background screening, onboarding coordination, and other pre-employment activities.
  • Successfully manage multiple open requisitions while meeting hiring deadlines without compromising candidate quality.
  • Support recruiting initiatives and collaborate with recruiting leadership to achieve hiring goals and recruiting KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach recruiters by monitoring recruiting performance, KPI attainment, candidate quality, pipeline development, and adherence to recruiting processes and service standards.
