About The Position

This is a contract position based out of Tulsa, OK. The role involves providing technical support and field services. Experience with various technologies is encouraged, though not all are mandatory. The company is a leader in Full-Stack Technology Services and Talent Services, working with a wide range of clients to drive change and activate ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong desktop skills
• Windows 10 and 11 Experience, upgrades, feature updates
• Experience with Cisco/Aruba
• Experience with VSAT
• Experience with Ubiquiti Radios
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM/Intune
• Experience with Citrix (Workspace, Published Apps, Desktops)
• Experience with Mobile - iOS, enrollment, app deployment, iOS updates
• Experience with Active Directory - EUC concepts, user and computer object management
• Basic understanding of Group Policy

Responsibilities

• Rack and stack equipment
• Cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc..)
• Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting
• Software troubleshooting skills
• Microsoft Office Application Installation and Troubleshooting
• Network communications understanding
• Experience with LAN/WAN technologies
• Configuring UPSs
