About The Position
This is a 100% on-site role in the Cleveland area for a Field IT Technician. The position involves regular in-person interaction with customers, providing technical support, listening and communicating effectively, responding to inquiries promptly, creating tickets, and documenting solutions. The technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting various IT equipment including computers, projectors, smart boards, printers, scanners, and wireless devices.
Requirements
- Must be very personable, able to speak with people in-person
- Knowledge of computers, software and basic networking
- Listening, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Criminal background check clearance

Responsibilities
- Talk in-person with customers regularly
