About The Position

The Desktop Engineer is a hands-on, solutions-focused technologist who builds and scales a modern, reliable, and secure end-user computing environment across a large enterprise. This role is essential to improving workforce productivity and operational resilience by standardizing device configurations, strengthening endpoint security, and delivering frictionless user experiences at scale. You will engineer platforms, automate processes, and partner closely with many teams spanning across security and infrastructure. The ideal candidate blends deep endpoint engineering expertise with curiosity, craftsmanship, and a drive to continuously elevate the quality of IT services. If you love solving complex endpoint challenges, turning operational pain points into elegant engineering solutions, and shaping a high-performing technology ecosystem, this role gives you the opportunity to make a measurable impact. Why this Role is different: You’ll build: this role expects real ownership of endpoint platforms, automation, and configuration—not just maintenance. You’ll lead: you’ll influence standards, guide best practices, and help shape a modern end-user computing strategy. The role owner will oversee and act as the Global Process Lead (GPL) for CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Windows Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS), and the Oracle Java Platform. You’ll impact: your work directly improves device reliability, user satisfaction, security posture, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
