About The Position

The IT Director – End User Computing (EUC) is responsible for the end‑to‑end
leadership, strategy, and execution of enterprise endpoint services supporting
approximately 70,000 devices globally. This role owns the vision, operating
model, and delivery of modern End User Computing capabilities, ensuring secure,
scalable, and high‑quality services that enable productivity and a strong
digital employee experience.

This position requires a senior leader who can establish clear direction, build
team capability, and drive service maturity while providing strong technical and
architectural leadership. The Director will operate with a high degree of
independence within a broader Digital Employee Experience (DEX) organization and
will partner extensively across cybersecurity, networking, compute, hosting,
identity, and infrastructure services to ensure endpoint solutions are fully
integrated into the enterprise technology ecosystem. Success in this role
depends on strong prioritization, disciplined execution, and the ability to
balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence as the service
continues to evolve.
