Hachette Book Group is hiring an EUC Technician to support the deployment, administration, and day-to-day management of enterprise endpoint platforms, Office 365 services, and collaboration technologies. This role partners closely with Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Security to deliver a consistent, secure, and reliable end-user experience across offices and remote environments. This is a hands-on team role. The EUC Technician will work with other technical teams to resolve endpoint issues, support service improvements, follow established standards, and contribute to shared operational goals. The role is expected to identify recurring problems, communicate findings clearly, and help implement practical solutions with the broader team. This position reports to the Infrastructure Manager and works closely with Security, Compliance, and Support leaders to support a stable, secure, and effective user environment.
